This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Awakened Creators and LAUREN NICOLE PETERS ("Company," "we," or "us"). All sales are billed in United States Dollars ("USD"). Please read this policy before you purchase.
Community Membership
The Awakened Creators Community is a recurring monthly membership. We do not offer refunds on membership payments. Your membership begins with a free trial, and if you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged. After the trial, you may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, but payments that have already been made are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancelling stops any future charges. We will confirm your cancellation, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Other Offers and Guarantees
From time to time we offer specific products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. When a guarantee applies, it will be explicitly stated on that product's purchase page. Unless a guarantee is explicitly offered at the point of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are provided after purchase, regardless of the circumstances.
Requesting a Refund
Where a refund is permitted under an explicitly offered guarantee, we require reasonable and good-faith communication. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within the stated guarantee period and allow us up to 2 business days to respond. Requests received after the applicable period will not be honored.
Chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first making a good-faith effort to resolve the matter with us by email. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide the issuing bank or payment processor with all relevant documentation, including proof of product delivery, access logs, and the applicable terms agreed to at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine the validity of any refund request and to update or revoke refund terms for any product or service at any time without notice.
